About the authors...
Shayelle and Brit are friends from the Sunshine Coast Queensland with a passion for all things health!
Shay is a biomedical student/yoga instructor and Brit is a nutrition student/Plant-based caterer/recipe creator with 5 years owning her own catering business, collaborating with many well known plant-based restaurants. Together they wanted to create a platform where they could share their love of food, fitness and mindfulness which is where Santé was born!
Through their knowledge obtained through their careers as well as continued education, they bring you some of the most delicious recipes, unique cooking tips, burst of factual nutritional knowledge, mindfulness exercises and practical workouts that will open your mind and nourish your body to a happier healthier you!
